Terms of service
The deal between you and the Ministry, in plain language. Using the site or buying anything means you agree to these.
The service
Ministry of UI sells premium Figma templates and design courses at ministryofui.com. Membership plans renew monthly or yearly until cancelled; one-off purchases are single payments for a single template. We add new work continuously and may change, add or retire parts of the catalog and Academy over time.
Accounts
You sign in with a magic link sent to your email; that address is your identity here. Keep access to it. Accounts are personal, one person per account. If we detect sharing or abuse we may suspend the account after reaching out first.
Payments and renewals
Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. Memberships renew automatically at the price shown when you subscribed until you cancel, which you can do any time from your account. Cancelling stops future charges and keeps your access until the end of the paid period.
Refunds
Digital files cannot be returned, so completed template downloads are generally not refundable. If something is broken, mis-described, or you were charged in error, write to us within 14 days and we will make it right.
Using what you download
Every asset ships under the same commercial license, summarized on the license page. Short version: use assets in unlimited personal and commercial projects; do not resell or redistribute the source files themselves.
Fair use limits
Plans include weekly download allowances as described on the pricing page. Allowances exist to keep the archive sustainable, not to be gamed; automated scraping or bulk downloading beyond your plan is not allowed.
Liability
Templates and courses are provided as-is. We work hard to keep everything accurate and functional, but we are not liable for outcomes of projects you build with them beyond what you paid us in the last 12 months.
